When am I charged?
Your card is charged the monthly plan price when you subscribe. You are billed on each cycle and can cancel anytime from billing.
What is included?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance for emails, calls, bookings, and more. Extra usage past that amount is billed at published overage rates until a 3× safety cap. Team seats and phone numbers stay hard caps.
What if it isn't the right fit?
Cancel from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in the terms (outage refunds).
