Usage charges
What we charge when you go past included usage.
Your monthly plan covers the included amounts below. When you hit an included limit, that feature pauses until you opt into overage, upgrade, or wait for the next period. Team seats and phone numbers stay hard caps.
Daiass Pass · €15 once
AI replies and phone time cost money. The pass includes 40 emails, 12 call minutes, 8 bookings, 30 agent messages, and 10 follow-ups. That pool does not reset, and extra usage cannot be billed. A phone line is held for at most 14 days.

Safety cap
When you reach the included amount, that feature pauses. If you opt into overage, extra usage keeps working up to 3× that amount for the same metric. Then that feature pauses until the next billing period (same as a hard limit). This stops a runaway agent from printing an unbounded bill.
Example: Standard includes 90 call minutes, so overage can run to 270 minutes at €0.79 per extra minute.
When it hits the card
The plan fee is billed in advance. After you opt into overage, metered extra usage is added to the next invoice at period end (in arrears). Included usage stays inside the monthly fee and is not sent to Stripe as extra units. If you dismiss the limit prompt, that feature stays paused until included limits reset.
Refunds and VAT
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in the terms (complete-outage refunds). All amounts exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Full terms: /terms §8.
